The writing itself is something AI already does well; the friction is the path the result takes to reach you. Text appears in chat, you select it, copy it, switch to another tool, and paste. One paragraph is nothing, but twenty a day is tiring overhead that adds no value.

MCP gives the AI direct access to your notes

MCP (the Model Context Protocol) is the interface through which the AI reads and writes your documents without copy-paste. You connect your vault once, and from then on you can say “save this to my notes” and the text lands exactly where you want it. No intermediate steps, no window switching.

Connecting is a single command, and the server is part of the free plan:

From then on you just say save this document to the Clients folder and the AI does it for you.

Every edit is a version, so you never lose work

Versioning means each change to a document is stored as its own version. When a bad prompt leads you into a dead end, you step back to the last good version and keep going. You work more boldly, because nothing is irreversible.

You share the result in one click

A finished document is shared with a link, with no PDF export and no hunting for an attachment. The client opens the current version in a browser while you keep working. That is the whole difference between “I’ll send it later” and “you already have it”.
